New English Dept. Statement

I am really honored to be part of IU’s English Department. Prof. Elmer’s post, right there on the department’s page for all to see, strikes me as courageous and kind and wise. I will always be proud to say I was a grad student with this department.
the statement should be posted on his bio page too. It is still the number one search result on google for “Don Belton” and should be treated as the only page that most people will see related to him.
